From the Downtown Mall: From the west end of the Mall, take Ridge Street south to the intersection at 5th Street and Cherry and Elliott Avenues.  The park is diagonally to the right.  Upper level parking, for the tennis courts, offers a few vehicle spaces and is located next to the courts on Ridge Street.  Parking for all other facilities is at the lower level on Cherry Avenue.

From Route 250: Take Emmet Street south and turn left onto University Avenue, proceed east onto West Main Street about a dozen blocks.  Turn right onto 9th Street, travel a few blocks and turn left onto Cherry Avenue.  Travel a few blocks and the park is on the right.  Lower level parking is available here for most of the facilities; or, proceed up the hill and turn right onto 5th Street to reach the upper level parking next to the tennis courts.
