| Washington Park is located at the intersection
of Preston Avenue and 10th Street near the center of Charlottesville.
There is off-street parking for the upper level off of 10th Street, behind
the swim house. Another parking lot, for the lower level, is located
off of Preston Avenue at the bottom of the hill near the end of Madison
Avenue.
From the Downtown Mall: Head west on Market Street to Preston Avenue, continue west a few blocks to 10th Street and the park is on the right. From Barracks Road Shopping Center: Head east (uphill) on Barracks Road to Preston Avenue, continue on Preston a few blocks down the hill. Just past Madison Avenue (which will be on the right), the lower level of the park will be on the left. Continue uphill to 10th Street to reach the upper level. |
