| The Annual Dogwood Festival is held every April during the peak of the Dogwood blossoms and features a carnival and fireworks show at McIntire Park and concludes with the Grand Feature Parade in Downtown Charlottesville. Participants include veterans, schools, organizations, local businesses and politicians from the City and surrounding counties. |
